Hello,
I have tried to use the Rapoo X1800S wireless keyboard/mouse - rapoo.com/product/427 - on C64 mini (firmware: 1.0.5-argent - 02-04-2018). But it does not work on the C64.
Or is it enough when I upgrade to v1.4.2?

I do not have this keyboard. If the receiver identifies it as a standard USB-keyboard it will work, if it does so only via specific drivers on Windows it will not work. The mouse will not work at all. If it identifies as a combo device first it will be problematic. This is not an exact science. A pure wireless keyboard without a mouse is more likely to work.

I have a Rapoo E2700 and it works in the Carousel in in BASIC. I'm on 1.4.2 but that probably doesn't matter. Is the X1800S using Bluetooth, in that case it won't work. The E2700 uses it's own proprietary receiver and presents itself as a keyboard and a mouse. You could try running XWM and then see if it works there at all.

The X1800S is not a Bluetooth hardware, the devices also will be detected without installing any drivers in Windows.

In that case I would think it should 'just work' though obviously it doesn't. But if you want to investigate further then you'd need to access the Mini via it's UART or by running XWM and get some info on how the Mini sees the device. In a terminal widow, type: cat /proc/bus/input/devices And search for the sections that deal with your Rapoo X1800S. Which to me means it's recognised as a keyboard (/dev/input3) and keyboard+mouse (/dev/input4). For my Rapoo The keyboard+mouse reports the mouse movements and the 'special' keys like volume up/down.
