I have removed AMiNIMiga completely from PCUAE now, it was to hard to keep it updated, so now you can't start it from boot up, it gets more compilated now you have add your own Workbench 3.1 to it for it to work, do not know why, Workbench 3.1 should be free now,(I think all the old 68k Workbenches should be free that was made by Commodore, 1.2(1985) to 3.1(1994) its 30+ years old now, Cloanto have the licence to them just to make money from them, thats why I added full Workbenches to PCUAE, they should be free now, I don't agree with what Cloanto are doing and making them sound like there Amiga when there are not(Amiga Corp), Amiga Inc does not exist anymore, it died when Commode did, Amiga Corp is Cloanto with a new name and Amiga Inc now are just copyright holders to the old 68k Amiga cause they know they can make money from its copyright, sometime Mini Consoles make thing worse by making the machine more popular so everyone wants a bit of it, it would not hurt Cloanto or Amiga Inc to make the Workbench 68k free but still hold the copyright to them, like how Beneath a Steel Sky game is free..  ) I decided to concentrate more on the Workbenches that are in PCUAE instead. You can still add it to THEA500-USB-MENU folder if you like but it will not boot from startup. |

question about something else can you do something with original THEC64 mini argent with ato chip (pal) (for NAND_READWRITE_MENU) its not in there its a bin file its with firmware 1.6.1 let me know gr davy

Yes Tiny Lanher works with the games, the games are in the WHDLoad-Games folder on the root, they are in the WHDLoad-Games-1.hdf file, to add games to it, use WinUAE. When you click on the USB Stick on the carousel the files now appear ... ADF Mode now works on THEC64. I fixed the problem with the carousel blanking now so loads with no problem now. This is now a PCUAE AIO beta so includes most of all its modes, AGS and Pandory is the only ones missing but they are for THEA500. AMiNIMiga is now not included so has now been completely removed but thats for THEA500 too. The menus load quicker now when you want to load different modes and that. |

Have you tried it? On last beta Amiga doesn,t works with joystick, is it working now?
I would like to put my c64 favourites too, I don't know if I can edit with PCUAE manager and put on beta. Will try

Not working on my C64, boots to favourites 1 ok ( took over 2 minutes to load) but then hangs with a black screen on re=boot and wont go any further unfortunately.
Reinstalled and booted into favourites 1 and then tried the Mode changer of which just boots to a black screen. I waited over three minutes for it to load and it didn't progress any further so I'm afraid this build is just 8gb of blackness for me but thanks for your efforts.
I have posted a log file on the post under Davys.

Infinite thanks for so much work!! I have a 64 mini ntsc version, i tried pcuae pcuae1.9.2b9-setup and pcuae manager. but not goes well on the mini ntsc modos doesnt load, Vice loaded a couple of times, but small reolution and on the left. Amiga modes doesnt work. Carrousels black screen. I could select corrousels and enter on text menu options to choose install/uninstall autoboot. Was difficult to remove it (c64 mini original stock was loading twice times, with or without usb storage, but I could resolve it finally. A couple of sugestions. Make on the installer of pcuaemanager a quick info telling do not install on usb, install on pc hd folder. The same when need install pcuae a advice about install it on USB (not pc hd folder), exported carrousels, modes Ra, Vice, Atari, etc..) Maybe a wizard / assistant / mini guide with some screenshots on gui, would be great. I know a lot of work done. Infinite thanks for make it possible. I am downloading the newer 3.10 beta!!!  The things that worked on mi mini ntsc are: 3 fake updates (not permanenly and no autoboot) 1.- Mini ntsc to pal (too allows load vic20 games adding cjms for them) not carousels but yes supports usb file load. thec64community.online/thread/614/c64-mini-ntsc-pal2.- customs carouseles using an old pcuae loaded by fakeupdate. saw on youtub of commodore spain, video called: Project Carousel Usb - Guía para personalización del carrusel del The C64 (Maxi, Mini) y The Vic20 3.- vice fakeupdate. question did you update autoboot script? I installed the auto boot from scratch on clean firmware with the beta PCAUE 3.10 version so presume this would be done for you on first install so why would I need to run the fake update and again and then update the autoboot script again? Even if I could do this the mode changer doesn’t work and cannot access any options to do so as hangs with a black screen. |

Hi friends. I own a c64 mini ntsc. I need to use with PCUAE 3.10 beta v01 (for use c64 mini ntsc) First I download the beta torrent and uncrunched all files to an empty microsd card (with a reader usb) Later I downloaded pcuaemanager2.06.1 , installed on C partition subfolder, later downloaded from here github.com/lantzelot-swe/PCUGameManager/releases/tag/2.10.0 and I overwrite the pcuaemanager.exe with the 3.10betav0.1 one. When execute on pc, it sayd that a new version avaliable 2.10.1 of pcuaemanager, I press ok and autoupdates auto downloasding the pcuaemanager 2.10.1. I dont downloaded the older pcuae nor installed to usb (I leave the torrents files). Only use pcuae manager to export the favourites1 to the usb folder for carousels. "favourites_1" using pcuaemanager. (previusly I maped the keys to buttons on joysticks)
I plugged the usb onto c64 mini, boot, install the fakeupdate, then autoboot enable. Reboots. Waiting 3 or 4 minutes, show th carrousel, I can change from carrousels CTRL+F1, ok, sometimes hangon and hard shutdown required. But I can change carousels well (too much time loading on black screen, in my opinion, the fakeupdate (not permanent) with carosel from commodore spain, video, goes me 3 or 4 times faster. Ctrl F5 not working, not other modes avaliables, not show the text selector, only black screen. Crl + F7 worked to change options and uninstall autoboot. Mayybe I need to download and install (overwrite the exissting modes on usb with the ones from pcuaemanager?? to usb?? I didnt try it, because the torrent have a lot of files insisde, and i try only change the facourites_1 folder, not more of the usb content Other thing, I see vvery confusing the yes - no initial dialog. First trying autoupdate if autoboot already exist, and later saying no, to be able to remove or install, a few confusing, with the yes or not.Maybe a 1 2 3 4 option dialog, like the ctrl f7 selector scheme. Other thing I saw is that virtual keyboard leave working, it showned when invoquing, but unable to press any key. I had to make a factory reset, (later uninstall autoboot), to recover the funcionality, maybe some firm is touched on the mini ntsc, sideway, by the fakeupdate or sh scripts) |

The Beta is broken for the maxi and mini at the moment so don't download and install anything until its reported as fixed.

Just found out that when you use THEC64 Maxi Carousel on THEC64 Mini it does not have the keyboard options for Languages cause THEC64 Maxi uses its own keyboard so don't need one, I will have to make some kind of menu in PCUAE Options Menu so you can change it keyboard sym layouts VKM so if you want theC64-sym-US.vkm, theC64-sym-UK.vkm, theC64-sym-DE.vkm, theC64-sym-IT.vkm and so on.

Hi... i must admit im Confused what to do !! i downloaded PCUAE-AIO-3.1.0-RC1.zip and extracted the zip on my c drive, but no idea what i need to do now with it ? any help appreciated, cheers
I have PCUAE MANAGER v2.10.1 ON MY PC, ,but when i go to tab for INSTALL PCUAE TO USB DRIVE, to download PCUAE 3.1.0 AIO DOWNLOADED EXE and load torrent in my torrent Client, the torrent file has no ones connected, no seeds or peers, so it does nothing, i downloaded PCUAE-AIO-3.1.0-RC1.zip manually and extracted to c drive ? dont think this is correct ? were do i put the contents of the large zip file ? do i still need to use PCUAE MANAGER v2.10.1 as well ? i am somewhat Confused now as to what to do from here, any help please ? cheeeers
