After adding the FTDI USB to TTL interface, my goal was to look around and see if I could convert a PAL to NTSC unit. I was hoping top change some start up parameters for Vice or maybe swap a VIC II NTSC file in somewhere but it's not easy and I don't know enough about Vice. Has anyone else tried this? Would it be difficult to do?
Any help is appreciated.

However if I try this on my TV sound lag is considerably worse. a10_display (496.05 KB)is a statically compiled version that works on the C64Mini.

I wouldnt know for what else the setting could be there. X:64,pal,sid6581 X:64,ntsc,sid6581
