PLEASE DO THIS ASAP cause then I can help diagnose your problem you have with your machine better.
This is now part of the forum rules so please do it as soon as you can.
Please put your Machines model you own on your Signature, it would help me a lot, if at anytime you need help with it..

Look at my Signature and you see how I did it.
How to add your THEC64 model to your signature
-----------------------------------------------------------
Click on your Profile to get to your signature, Profile is on the top bar, between Messages and Participated buttons,
then click on Edit Profile button that on the right,
then click on Personal tab and go down to your Signature, it a white box, click on it to add your machine model.
If you want to keep this post up while you editing your Signature then right click on Profile Tab and open link in new tab.
About My Machine(s) is(are)

Remove (s) and (are) if you only have one machine:
If you have 2 then remove is and brackets so it reads
Mine is a THEVIC20 so mine would say:

If I have more that 2 machines:
What Firmware:
Here is a template for you:
Now copy and paste the machine or machines you own from above and paste it in to your Signature Box,
then edit it and change to your machine(s) model(s) and what its updated too, then click on Save Signature Button under the Signature box and it should of saved it.
Done...
I can then see it and can then help you and do not have to keep asking what machine it is on and what update.
If you do not have any machines at all and come on here because you like THEC64 put:
