I have just created a simple windows application to copy games from a folder into a usb drive with the correct name THEC64-drive8.d64. To use .d81 file on the Mini, please open and close first the Avenger game (for games compilation) Please, test it and send me feedback  Download thec64copy.zip(Require .NET Framework 4.0) |

So this copies PRG files to a D81 image? Is there a way to select which files get copied, or does it just copy them all? Does it copy a loader (like FIBR) as well?
Does it offer anything that DirMaster doesn't do, or is it just an easier way to get files loaded on to that specific filename?

It's only a simple way to copy a game from a source folder to a usb drive, autorenaming it in the correct way. Just select the game (*.d64 *.d81 *.d82) from the list and then click COPY to have the game in the usb drive renamed to THEC64-drive8.d64

Please, test it and send me feedback Hey Max, nice Tool. When i tested it first witg Copy on HDD it didnt work, till i found out, that it only works when Destination Directory is the Main Directory (C:, D:, E: ...) Could you make it possible to Copy to subfolders too? |

Could you make it possible to Copy to subfolders too? I've just checked... The destination dialog is indeed designed to select automatically the first usb drive in the system For copy in a subfolder, select it and simply add a "\" at the end of the path (D:\SUBFOLDER \) Probably I'll correct it in the next release! Really desperate, and that update can't come quick enough. Maybe I'll check and use this tool in the mean time, not sure if I qualify. I noticed that I often reload the same games/software, but still...
