Maybe I missed it, but how do I set the VIC to have 16k RAM expansion before I load a .prg or .tap?

Maybe I missed it, but how do I set the VIC to have 16k RAM expansion before I load a .prg or .tap? Looking at the THEC64 Maxi manual page 93... You need bank1 and bank 2(1,2) for extra 16kb memory, So like: thevic20game_B1B2.d64 there is no manual at the moment for THEVICV20 but its the same as THEC64 Maxi so works the same.

Can these memory expansions be defined and activated before starting up a game through the TheC64 Maxi's menus by using a CJM file?
I have a VIC-20 game disk image that has three games, one starts immediately when starting through the menus and works fine with the CJM file defined. However, when attempting to start the two other games using the LOAD"$",8 and LIST commands, then using the LOAD command with the game name and ,8,1 after them, then using RUN, I always get an error and can't get the game running. I assume this is because the memory expansion doesn't get activated besides when starting the first game through TheC64's own menus.

Hello, I get a strange problem. When I have loaded, for example 3 kb expansion and then change floppy image I can't access the image new. Load"$",8 and then list prints 8192. I would really appretiate to be able to add extra memory in the cartridge slot... or in the emulator. Best reagrds.
