Having ordered the VIC20 back in November, I waited until Christmas Morning to open it, just like back in 1983!!!
Over all I like it, but the carousel of games is so naff and disappointing. What on earth were they thinking putting C64 games on the VIC20...

Unbelievablely bad decision.
I guess it's due to copyright issues, but nearly all the VIC20 games are Jeff Minter and a selection of just the worst games out there. Where's Gorf, Jelly Monsters, Perils of Willy, Bongo, Shamus, etc...

Has anybody done a carousel upgrade they could share, PLEEEASE!!!

No... they have there own Carousel Gamelist Screen...

when it loads up you can select what Carousel Gamelist screen you want to look at, so VIC20 games are CTRL-5, CTRL-1 is Favorites, CTRL-2 is C64 0 to G, CTRL-3 is C64 H to R and CTRL-4 is C64 S to Z, you can change Carousels as well CTRL-F1 is Carousel v1.05(Original THEC64 Mini Carousel from March 2018 before the File Loader was added), CTRL-F3 is Carousel v1.3.2(THEC64 Maxi) and CTRL-F5 is Carousel v1.4.2(THE VIC 20)
