Anyone got there THE VIC 20 Yet

Hello ! I got mine two Days ago.
The only previous experience I had with the Vic 20 was 30 years ago at school.
I bought it driven by curiosity and nostalgia.

Well it's fun !
The funniest part is the usb slot to put more games and the Computer mode.
I hope to find old magazines with basic code to try.

I tried Vic20 softwares like a Phone book and a unit converter (miles in kilometer, Farenheit in Celsius) and it's work prety fine !
I'm actualy looking for a wordprocessor.

Well some games with crt extension didn't work at all but those with the prg extension work fine.

I tried some d64 too without any problem.

Hours of fun to come !

Serial No. 1994 here, still struggling with HDMI output... might have to buy a new TV

It finally arrived today, thus i can finally satisfy that gigantic itch!
Finally ready to display it next to it's siblings.

Don't know the serial, since i didn't take it out of it's box yet.

It's a bit of a reverse evolution instead of the other way around, because the original C64 was basically a further evolution of the good old VIC.
And quite honestly, i can't be bothered that it has the same Carousel as TheC64.
It's the thought that counts.

(Errr....... i'm going to confess something. I kinda stylize it as TheVIC20, just to differentiate it a bit from the original VIC-20. )
