Yes, this is flat-out illegal, unless they have permission to sell those games - which they almost certainly don't. However, EBay doesn't allow you to file Copyright claims on someone else's behalf. All we can do is warn people to NOT buy "mods" for the C64 Mini on EBay, since everything in that "mod" is available for free online.

Take a couple of zero's off the amount of games and that's how many you might actually play properly.  Yeah it's wrong and the NES/SNES mini has the same thing going on. Only thing you can do is click the Report button at the bottom of the listing and hope it gets taken down. The more that flag it the more it might stand out to be removed... |
