Hi All!
I was testing out a random game that required the J1 attribute to work properly this morning. Normally, i would need to turn off the theC64Maxi, move the usb stick to my main pc, rename the file there, then eject it, put it back in theC64Maxi, boot up and select the game... After doing this a dozen or so times... A lightbulb went off...
Final Cart 3 has a rename file option... So i should be able to mount that cart, boot to FC3, rename the file on the disk to add the _J1 attribute and load up the game right? I tested the rename option from FCIII and it works a treat, however I cant figure out if there is an equivalent to the underscore character, or an alternative character i can use instead... Am i over thinking this? Is there a better way to rename the files from the Maxi?
Thanks for any advice y'all might have ! Stay safe out there.
And while I'm at it, is there any way to emulate the pressing of a cartridge button? Specifically the FREEZE button found on many cartridges...?

Ok in hindsight i should have known better. FCIII can update the disk name and the names of the files on that disk, but not the d64 file name from the usb drive. Being stuck in this house has my mind going loopy. Doh!
