I see a lot of information regarding CJM for USB game but what about game on the carousel. Is it possible to map my joystick as I want ?

I see a lot of information regarding CJM for USB game but what about game on the carousel. Is it possible to map my joystick as I want ? Probably by editing the associated .tsg file for the game at /usr/share/the64/games. Obviously you need access to the rootfs for this. Maybe by adding a CJM file for the game in the same directory as the .tsg file?

Since there is USB, since you can connect 3rd party joystick. Mapping is a nice nice to have. That beeing said, I like that unit...except that

Hi, i have the same problem, due to a very bad feeling with the original joystick, i use the PS4 gamepad (connected with usb cable), unfortunately i have to swap the fire button from trigger to (X) for me better to use, problem is that when i back in menu or carousell, fire change from (X) to trigger. I have send a mail to Retro Games too but I fear it will have no answer...
