Just saw a post in the old community forum that a new user was having trouble registering a new account here. I think I saw a similar post on fb too.
@spannernick just wanted to put it on yout radar.

A couple of things to check:
Small typo in your email address.
Check your Spam folder for activation email, (gmail put my activation email under the Updates tab!).

No idea, I'm wondering if anybody having this problem should try talk it over with us via a different medium where we are contactable.

Glad its sorted,Just seen this post,been busy doing other things on the forum.anyone else..? was it just the name you were using,I think you change the display name in the forum once you have registered.
Yep,its in your Profile under Personal tab... Display Name
