Just thought I'd make a quick post to say that I still use and enjoy Commodore OS. I have it installed on my older Lenovo M91 laptop and use it as a media player and to play my favorite FPS, Return To Castle Wolfenstein.
It's too bad that the Commodore OS distribution was abandoned. I really like what you were trying to do with it, Spannernick. I still have the latest install DVD and Extras DVD in my collection of Linux distros.

Cool... Thanks.. Glad you still like it, I still use it on VMware Workstation.

Have you ever considered doing an updated release of the distro? I know you most likely cannot use Commodore branding, but maybe something Commodore-like would suffice.
Is there any way I can update my CommodoreOS with Linux Mint repositories or something, or would doing something like that break the OS?

I have not tried that, I run it on a separate B-MAX quad-core mini PC and it runs well enough
