Well im going to re-post this considering I realized put it in the wrong section(sorry mods).I got bored and annoyed with my usb hub so I built it into my mini.Theres a few things ill do a little different next time. But hey no magic smoke so all is good.forgot to add on,well im not too sure this is my first post anymore, lol mind you I deleted the old thread.Anyways Hey!

Sweet! Very handy for moving about as all the extra cables you might use to wire it up to the mini are gone. Very cool.

Would it be possible to use the micro USB port of the mini for the (internal) hub? The port is marked on the bord as OTG so it should have data pins. If that would work it frees up the two USB ports on the side.

Hi all
I did the same mod with a 4 port usb hub. All the ports on the hub are working. But the port on the mini doesn't. any idea why? Or is this normal?

If you connected the hub to one of the side ports that is normal as that port is occupied by the USB hub now.

To get the port to work you would have to remove it from the board and solder its 4 connectors to one of the ports on the USB Hub so you would only have 3 at the back and 2 ports at the side.
