Because I ve read several times "what games you recommand" on the forum, I ll give you my personnal "highly recommended games on the C64" list of titles i ve on mine, thinking these are the most classic and cool game for all C64 owner (nothing less!) so..

all these can be easily found over the net as .D64 disk image, and I can even give you the links for it , so here it is :

- Berserk redux (an old but excellent Atari game with robots on maze)

- Jet Set Willy (sequel of the previous one)

- Ghost n Goblins

- Wizzard of Wor

Smash TV - only one player but who cares if your the one having fun.

For modern games for purchase, I'd recommend:

Steel Ranger
Rocket Smash EX
The Bear Essentials

Another classic C64 game that was quite unique (back in the day) and entertaining is Project Firestart. However, the frequent swapping of disk images makes it really difficult to play at this time, on the C64Mini.

L'Abbay des Morts (just released a few weeks ago) and Sydney Hunter and the Lost Tribe play really well on the C64Mini and are lots of fun, too. They're not too complicated, so really good for "beginners".

If anyone is interested, I wrote some reviews for them on my Commodore blog, here and here.
