My Adventure Construction Set .d64 game disk modules should work on the C64 Mini as they are digital files. I wonder if someone with the hardware can give these a try.
I am proud to present my complete collection of free .d64 game disk modules to Stuart Smith's Adventure Construction Set (ACS).
ACS does not create standalone game discs to play custom-designed RPG adventures, you have to load ACS from the Electronic Arts game disk and then "swap disks" of the .d64 game files to play. You'll have to figure out how to do this on your favorite Commodore emulator, I use CCS64 for ACS as it has a x5 turbo mode, which ACS needs at times!
It occurred to me that I may be the only person in 2024 actually playing Adventure Construction Set. To remedy this, I have made a series of tutorials on play and game design on the Commodore 64 version of Adventure Construction Set by Stuart Smith:
