I was thinking of using a key or button to switch between different favourite folders so Favourite Screens, so your on favorites 1 and press key/button and switch to favourite 2 and press key/button and switch to favourite 3 and so on and if you switch off it remembers what favorites it was on before you turned off, it would only switch if there is another favourites folder too so it will check for it first, if its not there then it will do nothing or if its at the end so like favourites 10 or whatever then go back to favourite 1, what you think...? You need to give me time to work it out, only just thought of it..

I don't see a need as Favourites can have 200+ items
Isn't this what the Game list changer is for?
Wouldn't it be doing the same thing?
I would rather have 400 Carousel added to Vic20 / C64......Big Hint ;-)

I would rather have 400 Carousel added to Vic20 / C64......Big Hint ;-) I realised that after I posed it... you can only change how many games in the carousel by hacking the64 bin file so change it to 255 in binary and 255 is the highest in 8 bit binary it will go, I did try to changing it to 512 games in it but the64 bin file crashed so it didn't work so left it at 255 games, its better than 150 games... .

Probably too much to ask but what about a search function where you put a game name in and it loads up any Carousel that has it? That way you don't have to load something like Favorites, OneLoad J, or the regular J carousel looking for which one might have the game Joust.

I do not think there is a search function in any carousels made by RGL or any of the Mini Consoles, you only just pick the games you want to load by highlighting it, and I would not be able to add it to it because we do not have its source, only 1.0.5 source, the old THEC64 Mini carousel and I am not a coder but a scripter, all the files in PCUAE are scripts, I am getting it to do things in its terminal. Best place to have a search function is in the PCUAE Manager, I think it has one already. and why we have favourites so you can add the game in a favourites folder to finds the game easier, but it have to have about 5 or 10 games in there I think, not sure, if you don't it crashes the carousel and it does not load, can not remember the lowest limit of games you can add to the carousel.

You could use a 3 combo shortcut on the keyboard for each Favourite Carousel Gamelist screen so a Quick Switch: CTRL+F+1 - FAV1, CTRL+F+2 - FAV2, CTRL+F+3 - FAV3, CTRL+F+4 - FAV4, CTRL+F+5 - FAV5, CTRL+F+6 - FAV6, CTRL+F+7 - FAV7, CTRL+F+8 - FAV8, CTRL+F+9 - FAV9, CTRL+F+0 - FAV10 So each one loads a different favourite carousel screen and it would take about 5 seconds to switch to the favourite screen because the code would be not hard to make, it already there so it be a Quick Switch... so faster because your not going through the Carousel Gamelist Changer because you need to load that first to pick a Favourites Carousel, like how it switches from Amiberry v3.3 to Amiberry v5 and back in THEA500 Carousel, same idea. You would need a check in it too, so if say you only made 5 Favourites screens in PCUAE Manager so if you press CTRL+F+6 and so on... then it does nothing because it can see they are not there so if you only have one favourite screen then you will only be able to quick switch that one only.
