I am wondering if it would be possible to create a compilation of games in turbo mode on a cassette tape from THE C64 MAXI? Is there an adapter that will allow you to plug in the original tape deck and let it work properly as with the Commodore 64?

There's already people using a modern still produced 3.5" USB disk drive to load or save stuff on the C64 and Amiga mini or maxi. Not sure if there are USB cassette drives being sold, and not sure if there's a Commodore cassette tape plug to USB adapter, or one that will work with the mini and maxi anyway?
Isn't what your looking for already supported anyway by the OneLoad collection that can be used across multiple platforms including the mini and maxi and it offers quick loading of multiple storage formats? I haven't read heavily into it yet but if I'm not mistaken it even offers you the ability to enjoy loader screens and their music to experience the nostalgia but you can also hit any key or controller button to skip past that part and load it fast?

I was more concerned with saving the game on a cassette tape in turbo mode with THE C64 MAXI. In the case of the original Commodore, the way to do this is that you load the PRG file into the computer's memory then, after loading, you type the SAVE "game name" command, press RETURN and on the cassette recorder simultaneously RECORD and PLAY.
