Hi,
I haven't seen anything yet from my new theC64 Maxi on three screens I have tried to use, an old Sony Bravia TV, and two monitors, an old HP (via HDMI to VGA adapter), and a two year old Dell.
Why my theC64 often powers off just few seconds after it has been switched on? I think it stays on longer when it is nearer to succeed in sending the video signal. Eventually it will power off by itself anyways. On the other, powering it off intentionally seems to have barely anything to do with how I press the power button. It powers off when it wants.
Was my unit faulty from beginning, or how is this behavior explained?
