Some bug fixes.
New PCUAE Boot screens that animate, you can change them in Mode Changer or disable them if you wish.
You can now update PCUAE inside the Mode Changer with PCUAE Updater so able to use PCUAE Network Mode to download a PCUAE update file and then it will uncompresses it and restart then install it for you if you have your machine connected to the internet.

Remember that PCUAE works on THEC64 and THEA500 and the idea of it is to make the machines better and able to do other things on it(Modes), and on THEA500 you do not need to update the firmware to v1.1.1 on THEA500, you can start PCUAE from within Firmware v1.0.0, it does it all for you, PCUAE Mode boots into Firmware version 1.1.1 by default and then changes the firmware to v1.1.1 too, PCUAE just needs to boot up once too change the carousel in the firmware after you changed it so you need to let it restart and reboot PCUAE after.
