I would Just like to give Nick and anyone else who helped a big thanks for this new update. I can once again can now access amiga mode and safely exit with the F7 key.
Only minor issues still evident are some of the games still freeze when run through tiny launcher, for expample the first game on the list (1943) freezes on intro and will not boot, this also evident in quite a few more of the games. This bug onlys seems to have started since Simon Talkiie was brought in as older builds of Amiga mode will boot most of the games just fine.

I did try to fix 1943 but I think its to do with what mode you have AMIGA Mode on, SDL Mode or GL Mode, I run it on GL Mode and press fire on the game after it load the title screen and it worked, I do not think it works on SDL Mode. AMIGA Mode uses Retroarch to run so its not make for THEC64, it was made for the Pandora so the machines have the same SoC. I just found its binary and got it working on it via RA Mode, I was lucky it worked... .

So I have just tried Gl mode and when it switched over to GL the boot.hdf file became corrupted so I deleted it and re-copied it back over. I then tried to launch 1943 but it only gets past the intro only to freeze on the screen where you can select the options to start the game. So its basically has the same issues same as all re-leases after v 1.8.0b1 with the exception of now F7 working to re-set the amiga. Maybe later versions of PCAUE 1.9xxx are using more resources and causing retroarch to freeze on some of the Amiga games? So for me its back down to PCAUE 1.8.0b1 for the time being but thanks for trying to fix it.
