hi guys,
i tried this demo, it's great. The audio has problems in certain parts of the track. I also tried with the noaudioscale option.
With other emulators like c64forever it feels good.
Has anyone tried?
Thanks

I use Vice in Windows and C64.emu on my android phone and didn't see any audio issues. Not sure what I think of the game yet. Has a big very detailed character but doesn't do anything for me and until it's complete feels like a tech demo. I'm a fan of games like Sam's Journey and the upcoming A Pigs Quest. Stoker seems odd to me and I've played quite a few WIP games that didn't give me this feeling, might just be it's not my thing. Awesome project though and look forward to seeing where it goes and what the final product is.

I checked a video of that game demo out. Looks pretty good. Big sprite character like Sega was known for with their arcade hardware back in the day. Pretty amazing what the old C64 can do in the right hands. Always wondered why more games back then on the C64 didn't join several sprites together to make a bigger one, or overlay high resolution sprites with transparency so they'd have more colors but retain higher resolution without resorting to a lower resolution sprite to gain more colors. It appears many of these avenues are being pursued more these days to push the C64 hardware to do things most weren't aware it could do.
