THEA500 on-screen command line shell

The attached WHDLoad LinuxConsole file opens op a full-screen command line shell on your TV/monitor.

To use this:

• Extract the files in THEA500- LinuxConsole-v3.2.1.7z to the root of a USB drive that you know works with THEA500.
• Insert the USB drive in your THEA500
• Go to the USB drive and run the LinuxConsole.LHA file
• You will get the full-screen command prompt
• Use CTRL-D to exit back to the Carousel
• Note: As soon as RGL remove the 'host-run' option from their Amiberry version in a firmware upgrade this won't work anymore

Your use of this is entirely your own responsibility, I'm not responsible for any issues this causes on your THEA500.

• Removed a lot of unused/unnecessary files from the WHDLoad 'THEA500' directory
• Moved the host-run command + invocation to the WHDLoad 'THEA500' C directory and startup-sequence file so the Amiga directory could be removed
• Change .uae settings to point DH0 to the WHDLoad boot-data directory
• Changed LinuxConsole.LHA to a 0-byte file as it is only needed to make it show up in the Carousel
• LinuxConsole_ol.uae still (loosely) based onAminimiga_ol.uae by Ami-Jimmy from AMiNIMiga project.
  

v3.2: First release.

• As there is no standard framebuffer console driver on THA500 I've used Yaft instead. I did make some minor changes to the source:
  - changing the hardcoded terminal type to 'linux'
  - changing the hardcoded shell path to '/tmp/bash'
• v3.2 as I based it on my THE64 on-screen command line shell v3.1
