For me, Super Hang On is one of my all time favorites. It's an excellent arcade port and the soundtrack is really good too. I played it so much I learned I could go around corners and avoid other bikes without ever even using the break or decreasing the throttle. The trick was just release the fire button, which is turbo boost mode, or press it down to turn turbo back on. Doing this you can slide further out in a curve using turbo or gain more traction by turning it off. I'd tap the turbo button on and off pushing speed around the corner as much as possible without sliding off the road. Haven't played it in years but it I remember right turbo is only available when you're above a certain speed. I really need to play this game again. Forgot all about it. By the way if you don't like the soundtrack I think you can turn it off with the spacebar.
Here's the game in an emulator's preview attract mode. I remember that fantastic music well. This has to be one of the best arcade ports ever on the Amiga. It's a shame Outrun was such a bad arcade port but I remember hearing a few years ago somebody was working on a new Amiga port of it and even using the original arcade sound samples. Not sure if that conversion is done yet.
