Probably the best port or arcade clone of this game for the C64. There were many clones back in the day under different names. There's also the new Scramble Infinity that's getting great reviews but it's not really a port and more an updated sequel.

A really good review of the 2015 Scramble port for the C64 by BastichB, along with history of the arcade release such as that despite it's popularity in the arcade it was only officially released on the Vectrex system. It also covers some C64 clones from back in the day such as Skramble which was pretty good and was originally released on the Vic20.
