Since that I'm used to pal I noticed that some games such as Last Ninja 2 have faster music so I tried changing from 60HZ to 50HZ. After a little my C64 Maxi had weird issues such as pixels on the screen and when I went out of the menu some of the text from the menu kept showing on the carousel. Additionally after a little it crashed. Is this happening because My monitor does not support 50HZ?

It's hard to say but I think it's unlikely to be the monitor as if it doesn't support 50Hz you would probably not see a recognisable picture at all. Do the issues go away if you switch back to 60Hz?

I just noticed your talking about the 50hz/60hz in PCUAE, it looks like yaft is not been killed in the background and thats why your seeing text on the screen coming thought the THEC64 screen, its not the monitor, if the hz have changed then just reboot the machine and it should load PCUAE like normal and you should be in 60hz, I have to look into it to see what the problem is, have not looked at the hz code for a while in the menu.
