Over the weekend I was thinking how cool would it be to create a USB stick case that looks like the 1541 floppy drive. The first one I made I wasn't a fan as I used a transparent filament. I opted for a solid white and this was the result:
Now I know what you all might be thinking, it looks more like a VIC floppy 1540 or something but I dont think I am going to find any "vintage 1982 Commodore 64 beige filament" on Amazon or Microcenter anytime soon LoL!!! I ordered a usb male to female adapter which I am thinking of attaching to the rear USB this way the USB stick is in plain site; as opposed to it being behind the unit, out of site, out of mind. Last but not least, I'll try printing a label with the 1541 badge.
Final version: - Added C= (chicken head logo) on the top of the case - Printed label to front (Commodore 1541) - USB male to female connector so it can be visible and placed next to theC64 (or whatever device)
