What do you mean by converting?

D64 files are disk images for the C64 and PRG can be loaded inside this file.
Diremaster can copy a PRG file from the PC to a D64 file. Then it can be loaded and run in the C64Mini.

D64 files can also contain other files like SEQ and RND.

Create a new D64 in Dirmaster.

Drag the PRG file and drop it into the new D64 window.

Save the D64.
