I have a USB Hub connected to THEVIC 20 and it keeps disconnecting then reconnecting it so the mouse still works but if you have THEC64 Joystick connected to it, it does not reenable it so it stops working. I get this in Putty when it does it... [ 560.592341] hub 2-1.3:1.0: port 2 disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling... [ 1007.825745] hub 2-1.3:1.0: port 2 disabled by hub (EMI?), re-enabling... Info here about this... www.linuxquestions.org/questions/linux-newbie-8/usb-port-nn-disabled-by-hub-emi-re-enabling-841593/WARNING Do this only if you feel you can, its easy to do but be careful not to make a mistake. jj-0 had a idea of adding tinfoil around the USB connecter but all you need to do is add a strip of it to the top of the USB connector so it makes a good connection within the USB Port, when you push it in slides it in with it and pull it to see iif it stays there and if it does then it shoud be ok, do this when it turned off and be careful not to slide it in to much, you do not want it touching the 4 USB connector inside the connector, it could do damage to the machine. So far no reconnecting problems...
