I never used it but did you know they gave the Graphic Adventure Creator away on a Commodore Format cover tape. Mag: commodoreformat.wordpress.com/the-classic-issue-cf16/And another fact which is true! Not sure if this is so with every copy printed, but the two cover tapes them self were labeled around the wrong way! The Graphic Adventure Creator is on what I call the First Samurai Demo tape, and First Samurai Demo along with everything else on that tape is on the Graphic Adventure Creator tape.

Thanks, Retro.
I'm considering building a Text Adventure framework in BASIC. It would have a simple adventure embedded with instructions on how to add more rooms, conditions, objects, etc. This is still in the "hmm... is this a good idea?" stage, but the more I think about it, it seems doable.

There’s more info than you could possibly want on BombJack: www.bombjack.org/generic/generic-books-games.htmThe book “How to Create Adventure Games” is a great resource for structuring and creating an extensible solution. Would be a good starting point...
