You would need load up/attach a disk image (.d64) via the USB interface. At the READY. prompt (in Commodore BASIC), you either create your program or LOAD it from the disk image you've just loaded up, like this:
LOAD "PROGRAM",8 When you want to save your program to the same disk image, just do a
SAVE "PROGRAM",8 If the program is already on the disk image and you want to overwrite it with an updated version, use this command instead:
SAVE "@0:PROGRAM",8
