Multiple Disks

Hi, I know there have been many posts explaining how to make multi disk games work, however i have a question not related to games.

Are there any devices out there that work as a disk drive emulator to allow access to many disks from the basic screen or to enable multiple disk access from a cartridge image such as the old expert cartridge?

I know i could just use VICE on a pc to do all my file manipulation but it seems a shame to have to do this when i have a c64mini that can surely do this?

Even the ability to add an image for drive 9 etc would be a help?

any ideas?
